Infrared Gas Analyzer

Installation

Solenoid Valve—for introducing calibration gas and OFF/ON flow of sample gas.

Membrane Filter—PTFE filter for rempval of fine dust particles.

Flowmeter—adjusts and monitors the sample gas flowrate.

Standard Gas—a bank of calibration gases used for setting zero and span of the analyzer for each species monitored.

Zirconia Sensor— an external zirconia sensor is used for measuring the oxygen concentration in the sample gas. Some instruments use a built-in paramagnetic oxygen sensor instead aof an external zirconia sensor.

NO2/NO Converter—added to the NO analysis circuit which uses an efficient catalyst for converting NO2 to NO for analysis.
