EASY-TO-INSTALL/USE PRINTER DRIVER

Depending on the operating environment, various installations are available to help users install the printer driver easily:

Installer — The installation wizard in the CD-ROM automatically guides users through the process of installing drivers and other software.

Point and Print — The printer driver can be installed by simply double-clicking on the network print queue.

TopAccess — TopAccess, which is web-based utility, allows users to download the printer drivers and other software applications from the Toshiba e-STUDIO3511/4511.

The printer driver is designed to be user friendly:

Intuitive user interface — The print driver has been designed with the user in mind, comprising of a simple and intuitive layout. Even complex jobs can be sent to the machine with very little effort resulting in not only a better end result but an improvement in work efficiency.

Preview windows — Users can preview their job on-screen before printing, minimizing possible errors. The user-friendly interface will preview even advanced editing and finishing features of the e-STUDIO3511/4511 such as magazine sort.

The preview window gives users a clear picture of what the printout will look like. In addition, the currently specified values or options are immediately reflected in preview. For instance, for the magazine sort printing, the users can confirm how pages are laid out before starting to print them out.

Optimal Color Selected for Business Documents

The e-STUDIO3511/4511 enables to select one of the following print modes to provide the best image quality, according to the type of image or document to print out:

Photo — This applies proper color quality for printing photo images.

Presentation — This applies proper image quality for printing a presentation.

Line Art — This applies proper image quality for printing line arts.

Standard PCL5®c/PCL6® and PostScript®3

The e-STUDIO3511/4511 provides PCL5®c/PCL6® (5e + XL) and PostScript®3 emulations, with faster printing of complex graphics, more efficient data streams for reduced network traffic, and improved print quality, truer to the original.
