Genauigkeitsüberprüfung

Dazu wird eine freie Strecke von 20 m Länge zwischen zwei Wänden (A und B) benötigt und eine Umschlagsmessung über beide Achsen X und Y im Horizontalbetrieb durchgeführt (4 Messungen).

Platzieren Sie den Laser horizontal auf einer ebenen Unterlage oder auf einem einnivellierten Stativ nahe der einen Wand (A) und richten sie den Laserpunkt in der positiven X-Achsen-Richtung zur nahen Wand (A). Nach dem Einnivellieren wird die Höhe (Strahlmitte) an der Wand angetragen. Dann das Gerät um 180° drehen, nivellieren lassen und die Strahlmitte an der entfernten Wand (B) markieren.

Nun platzieren Sie das Gerät nahe der Wand B. Richten Sie den Laserstrahl des nivellierten Gerätes in der positiven X-Achsen-Richtung zu der nun nahen Wand B, so daß genau die zuvor markierte Höhe (aus der Messung von Wand A aus) realisiert ist. Drehen Sie das Gerät um 180°, lassen sie es nivellieren und markieren Sie die Strahlmitte an der WandA. Die Differenz (h) der beiden hier markierten Punkte ergibt nun die tatsächliche Geräteabweichung.

Liegt das Gerät an der Grenze der Werksgenauigkeit (± 1,5 mm auf 10 m) beträgt bei 20 + 20 = 40 m die maximale Abweichung von der Nullage 6 mm.

Dies in gleicher Weise für die negative X-Achse und für die positive- und negative- Y-Achse wiederholen, so dass die Höhe über alle 4 Richtungen auf den gleichen Wandpunkt gemessen wurde.

ARBEITSBEISPIELE

Meterriß/Höhenpunkt übertragen

Gerät in der Horizontalbetriebsart so aufstellen (z. B. mittels Stativ), dass sich der Laserstrahl auf der gewünschten Höhe befindet.

Dann das Prisma entweder mit der Hand zum gewünschten Zielort drehen oder eine der Rotationsbetriebsarten verwenden.
