5-4 AC Input/Output Wiring Instructions

1Use M3 pan-head screws S5 to attach the cable attachment tray A1 beneath the terminal block.

2Route the AC input/output wiring through cable sleeves and route the cable sleeves through the knockouts in the terminal block cover A2 . Each input/output wire should terminate with a ring terminal.

3Connect the ring terminal for each input/output cable to the appropriate input/output terminals. Tighten the terminals with at least 2.60 N•m of torque.

4Secure the input/output cable bundles to the cable attachment tray with the included mounting ties A3 .

5Use M3 pan-head screws S5 to secure the terminal block cover A2 over the terminal block.
