Turning On the Scanner
Note: Make sure the scanner's antenna is connected before you turn it on.
1.You can select the band plan (USA or Canada) when you turn on the scanner. When you press and hold 
for 1 second to turn on the scanner, also press and hold 1 for USA or 2 for Canada. The opening screen displays, followed by the copyright notice.
