SEND AND RECEIVE INTERNET E-MAIL MESSAGES

Using the PN-820 you can connect to the Internet to send and receive emails.

1In the Home screen, press [Start] Messaging.

2Select the Internet e-mail account for which you want to send and receive messages.

3Press [Menu] Send/Receive. The phone connects to your Internet e-mail server and sends and receives your messages.

To stop this process, Press [Menu] Stop Send/Receive.

5 ADD A VOICE RECORDING TO AN E-MAIL MESSAGE

Inserting a voice recording is useful when you want to verbally explain information that is contained in the message.

1In the message area of an e-mail message, Press [Menu] Insert Voice Note.

2Press Record and [Start] speaking into the phone’s microphone.

3When finished speaking, press Stop.

4Press [Done].

5Press [Send].
