8Press [Menu] and select Choose Certificate to select a certificate for signing or encrypting outgoing e-mail. You can select certificates to sign or encrypt e-mails individually even if you do not want to sign or encrypt all outgoing e-mail.

Synchronizing e-mail using S/MIME encryption or signing is available only with Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2, or later.

EXCLUDE AN E-MAIL ADDRESS FROM REPLY ALL

ActiveSync can help you manage your e-mail by ignoring a specified e-mail address when you reply to all senders from the phone. If you specify your own primary e-mail address, this can reduce the number of e-mails you receive by ensuring that you do not receive your own e-mail.

1In the phone Home screen, press [Start], select ActiveSync and press O [OK].

2Press [Menu] [Options].

3Select E-mail, and press Settings.
