Manual background DELETE A CERTIFICATE

Be careful when deleting certificates: select only the certificate you intend to delete. Root certificates should only be deleted when you are certain you do not need that security on the phone.

1From the Home screen, press the left soft key < [Start].

2Select Settings and press O [OK].

3Scroll to Security and press O [OK].

4Select Certificates and press O [OK].

5Choose one of the following:

6Personal to view the list of personal certificates.

7Root to view the list of root certificates.

8Select a certificate.

9Press [Menu], then Delete.

Deleting a root certificate can make it impossible to use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocols, which help you to send personal information more securely.
