The phone itself also has a version number. Should you need tech support or for upgrades, you will need to check the hardware version.

1From the Home screen, press the left soft key < [Start].

2Select Settings and press O [OK].

3Scroll to Phone Information and press O [OK].

HDISPLAY YOUR PRL VERSION

The PRL (Preferred Roaming List) is a list of information that resides in the memory of a digital phone. It lists the frequency bands the phone can use in various parts of the country. (The smaller bands within Cellular or PCS.)

1From the Home screen, press the left soft key < [Start].

2Select Settings and press O [OK].

3Scroll to Phone Information and press O [OK].
