Importantes consignes de sécurité

Certaines précautions de sécurité devraient toujours être prises lorsqu’on se sert d’appareils électriques :

AVERTISSEMENT — Pour réduire les risques de brûlures, de chocs électriques, de feu, de blessures ou d’exposition aux micro-ondes :

1.Lire toutes les instructions avant de se servir de l’appareil.

2.Lire et suivre les PRÉCAUTIONS POUR ÉVITER LE RISQUE D’UNE EXPOSITION AUX MICRO-ONDES à l’intérieur de la couverture avant, page 6.

3.Cet appareil doit être mis à la terre. Brancher seulement à une prise à trois broches. Se reporter aux «INSTRUCTIONS DE MISE À LA TERRE», page 7.

4.Installer ou placer l’appareil conformément aux instructions d’installation fournies.

5.Certains produits comme des oeufs entiers et des contenants scellés

— par exemple des bocaux en verre fermés — peuvent exploser et ne doivent pas être chauffés dans ce four.

6.N’utiliser cet appareil qu’aux fins décrites dans ce manuel. Ne pas utiliser de produits corrosifs dans le four à micro-ondes. Ce four a été conçu pour la cuisson et le réchauffage des aliments, non pour un usage industriel ou des travaux en laboratoire.

7.Comme pour tout appareil, exercer une surveillance étroite quand des enfants l’utilisent.

8.Ne pas faire fonctionner l’appareil si le cordon ou la fiche sont endommagés, si l’appareil ne fonctionne pas bien ou s’il a été endommagé ou est tombé.

9.Cet appareil ne doit être réparé que par du personnel de service autorisé. Communiquer avec le service de réparations autorisé Viking le plus proche pour un examen, une réparation ou un réglage.

10. Ne couvrir ni bloquer d’ouverture de l’appareil.

11. Ne pas laisser ni utiliser cet appareil à l’extérieur. Ne pas utiliser ce produit

àproximité d’eau — comme par exemple près d’un évier de cuisine, dans un sous-sol humide, près d’une piscine ou dans d’autres endroits semblables.

12. Ne pas immerger le cordon ou la fiche dans l’eau.

13. Garder le cordon loin des surfaces chauffées.

14. Ne pas laisser pendre le cordon de la table ou du comptoir.
