SELECCIONANDO LOS ALIMENTOS:

1.El sensor funciona con alimentos a una temperatura de almacenamiento normal. Por ejemplo, los alimentos de una plato para la cena que se van a recalentar estarán a la temperatura del refrigerador y las palomitas de maíz a temperatura ambiente.

2.Una cantidad mayor o menor que la cantidad indicada en las tablas debe ser cocinada por tiempo y potencia variable.

ENVOLTURA DE ALIMENTOS:

La cocción de ciertos alimentos es mejor cuando están cubiertos. Use la envoltura recomendada en la tabla para estos alimentos.

1.Tapa de la cacerola.

2.Película plástica: Use la película plástica recomendada para cocción en microondas. Envuelva los platos de forma suelta; deje un espacio de casi ½ pulgada sin cubrir para permitir la salida de vapor. La película plástica no debe tocar los alimentos.

3.Toalla de papel: Use toallas de papel para absorber el exceso de grasa y humedad al cocinar tocino y papas. Forre el plato giratorio al hornear papas.

4.Papel encerado: Cubra el plato completamente; doble el exceso de la envoltura debajo del plato para asegurarlo. Si el plato es más ancho que el papel, sobreponga dos pedazos de papel por lo menos una pulgada para cubrir.

Tenga cuidado al retirar cualquier envoltura para permitir la salida de vapor lejos de usted.

REHEAT (RECALENTAMIENTO)

TURNTABLE ON (PLATO GIRATORIO ENCENDIDO):

Puede recalentar muchos alimentos con sólo presionar un botón. No es necesario calcular el tiempo de cocción o nivel de potencia. Para recalentar alimentos con el plato giratorio encendido, simplemente presione el botón Reheat (Recalentar).

Suponga que quiere calentar un preparado con chile.

Presione el botón Reheat (Recalentar).

Cuando el sensor detecta el vapor emitido por los alimentos, aparecerá en la pantalla un recordatorio del tiempo de recalentamiento restante. Después de la cocción siga las instrucciones en la pantalla.

TURNTABLE OFF (PLATO GIRATORIO APAGADO):

Puede recalentar usando una cacerola de 11"x 8"x 2" o 13"x 9"x 2"con el plato giratorio apagado. Primero presione Turntable On/Off (Plato giratorio encendido/ apagado) y observe el indicador. Después presione Reheat (Recalentar). La pantalla presentará el mensaje turntable off (plato giratorio apagado) y el horno microondas empezará a funcionar automáticamente. Después de la cocción siga las instrucciones en la pantalla.
