Con excepción de los alimentos que se cuecen mejor únicamente por calor de convección, la mayoría de los alimentos se adaptan bien a la cocción mixta usando Low Mix/ Bake (Mixto Bajo/Hornear) o High Mix/Roast (Mixto alto/Asar).

La combinación de estos dos métodos de cocción produce carnes jugosas, bizcochos húmedos y suaves y panes de fina textura, dorados y crujientes en el punto exacto.

Puede cambiar las temperaturas, sin embargo, no puede cambiar la potencia del microondas.

La temperatura del horno microondas puede cambiarse de 100˚F a 450˚F. Para cambiar la temperatura, primero presione High Mix o Low Mix y luego nuevamente el mismo botón. Cuando la pantalla indique SELECT TEMP (SELECCIONE TEMPERATURA), presione el botón correspondiente a la temperatura deseada. Ej: Para High Mix presione High Mix, 7. La temperatura mixta cambiará automáticamente a 375˚F.

COCINAR CON FUNCIÓN MIXTA AUTOMÁTICA

Suponga que quiere hornear un bizcocho por 25 minutes en Low Mix/Bake

(Mixto Bajo/Hornear).

1.Presione el botón Low Mix/Bake.

2.Ingrese el tiempo de cocción presionando 2500 con los botones de números.

3.Presione el botón Start/Touch On (Inicio/Restablecer).

PREHEAT AND COOK (PRECALENTAR/COCINAR) CON FUNCIÓN MIXTA AUTOMÁTICA

Su microondas puede ser programado para combinar el precalentamiento y las operaciones de cocción mixta automática. Usted puede precalentar a la misma temperatura para combinar el precalentamiento y las operaciones de cocción mixta automática.

Suponga que quiere precalentar a 350˚F y después cocinar por 25 minutes a

325˚F Low Mix/Bake (Mixto bajo/hornear).
