My caller ID features are
not working properly.
Caller ID is a subscription service. You must subscribe to this service from your local telephone
company for this feature to work on your tel ephone.
The caller may not be calling from a n area which supports caller ID.
Both you and the cal ler’s telephone companies must use equipment which are compatible
with the caller ID servi ce.
The caller ID information will be displayed after the rst or second ring. Caller ID data may not
be displayed on your phone if you answer a call at or befor e the second ring. This would also
apply to an answering device th at answers the call at or before the second r ing.
If you subscribe to DSL service, install a DSL lter to the telephone line between the telephone
base and the telephone line jac k. Contact your DSL service prov ider for lter information.
