Basic operation
Erase a directory entry
1. Press . The screen displays DIRECT ORY.
2. Press or to scroll alphabetically through entries s tored in directory.
— OR —
Press the dial pad key for the rst letter of the entr y you want to delete.
3. When the screen displays the entry you want to d elete, press SELECT. Then pre ss or until
ERASE ashes.
4. Press SELECT. The screen displays ERASE NO Y ES and the number. The current choice
ashes.
5. Press until YES a shes.
6. Press SELECT. You’ll hear a conrmation beep.
Move a directory entry to the speed dial
1. Press . The screen displays DIRECT ORY.
2. Press or to scroll alphabetically through ent ries stored in directory.

3. When the screen displays the entry you wan t to move, press SELECT. Then press or until
SPEED ashes.
