USING THE EXPRESSKEYS

31

Press individual keys to perform frequently used functions or keystrokes. ExpressKeys can also be used to modify your pen or other input tool properties as you work. The ExpressKeys can also be operated in combination with one another. For example, if you program one key to simulate the CTRL key and another to simulate an ALT keystroke, when you press both keys at the same time a CTRL+ALT is simulated.

Important: Some applications can override and control the ExpressKey functions. For details, see using applications integrated for tablet control.

Tip: In Adobe Photoshop and many other graphics applications, the ALT, CTRL, and SHIFT keys can be used to modify a tool (or switch to an alternative tool) while the key is pressed.
