To custom broil at a lower temperature:
l If food is cooking too fast, press the | PRESS | YOU SEE |
Custom Broil pad and press the V Temp |

pad until “325°F” shows on the small |
|
|
display. Press the Start/Enter pad. |
|
|
NOTE: If the Temp pads are held down |
|
|
the temperature will change faster. |

l If you want food to broil slower from | PRESS | YOU SEE |
the start, press the Custom Broil pad and |
|
|
press the V Temp pad so a temperature |
|
|
between 170°F and 500°F (75°C and |
|
|
260°C) shows on the small display. Press |
|
|
the Start/Enter pad. |

Lower temperature settings allow for broil |

| |
heating element cycling and slower cooking. |
|
|
The lower the temperature, the slower the |

|
cooking. |

NOTE: Fish and chicken are some foods |
