Bread Crumb Topping
for Casserole
Makes enough for 1 large casserole
INGREDIENTS
8 slices firm texture bread
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon fresh flat leaf parsley
METHOD
1Place all the ingredients into the bowl of the food processor fitted with a
2Process until all ingredients are combined evenly.
3Sprinkle over the top of a casserole, or store refrigerated in an airtight container.

Cracker Crumb Topping
INGREDIENTS
1 sleeve salted crackers, approximately 48 1/2 stick melted butter
1 tablespoon fresh parsley leaves
METHOD
1Place crackers into the bowl of food processor fitted with
2Add the parsley and drizzle in the butter through feed tube while pulsing 2 or 3 times so all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
