What happens at Installation and Setup
Your Xerox representative installed the FreeFlow Scanner 665E and its associated PC.
Your Xerox Service Representative also installed FreeFlow Scanner 665E software on the PC.
A test job was sent from the scanner to the Digital Press to ensure all connections were working correctly.

•Operator Manual
This manual provides information on how to use and maintain the Scanner.
•System Administration Guide
This guide provides information on how to maintain:
–The associated PC: protecting it from viruses and related Microsoft® Windows® network and configuration
–The Scanner: using the Online Help for accessing the Configuration tab and CRU information
This guide also provides information on system administration and FreeFlow administration.
NOTE: In order to view and print the PDF files, Adobe Acrobat
Reader® must be loaded on your computer. Adobe Acrobat
Reader software is included on the customer CD.
