TCP/IP protocol and proper connector are enabled on the

 

 

printer.

Create a new printer to load print drivers. Details for this

 

 

are found in the Technical Information Guide.

Create a network printer resource and its permissions.

Start LPRPORTD/LPRMON, ping printer, open EPM and

 

 

send a print job to the printer.

Check the print job for print quality. If print quality

 

 

problems exist, use the print quality section of your

problem.

If your print job did not print, see the Troubleshooting
