Deleting a User

To delete a user:

1From the menu, click Users.

2 Click Show Users.

3 Click the Delete icon to the right of the appropriate user name.

If the user being deleted owns programming and resources, you are asked to select which user “inherits” the deleted user's programming and resources.

IMPORTANT: If the System Administrator deletes a user from an LDAP realm and that user owns programs and resources, then the system administrator must reassign those programs and resources to a current VMC 1000 user in that LDAP realm.

Emailing a User

To email a user:

1From the menu, click Users.

2 Click Show Users.

3Select the user(s) you want to email by clicking the check box to the left of their names.
