Creating Reports
Overview
Reports allow Site Administrators and Content Owners to see information and statistics on the use and effectiveness of their streaming media. All reports are generated in HTML format.
The VMC 1000 supports two types of reports:
•Aggregate Program Reports - Accessible only by Site Administrators
•Program Reports - Accessible by Site Administrators and Content Owners This chapter contains the following sections:

About Aggregate Program Reports
The VMC 1000 has the following Aggregate Program Reports:
•Program Summary Report - This report offers statistical information for each program, including page and media views, megabytes streamed, and average views.
•Media Viewing Report - This report lists the total number of times that a content link was clicked by a site visitor for each program. The results are reported by channel.
•Viewer Activity Report - This report provides user activity by program for selected channels, including time of viewing, minutes viewed, and format.
•Program Popularity Report - This report lists the most popular programs, based on the number of views of the programs, over the time period designated.
