Cause codes

The most common cause codes (for ISDN) are:

1 - Unallocated (unassigned) number

2 - No route to specified transit network (WAN)

16 - Normal clearing

17 - User busy

18 - No user responding

21 - Call rejected

28 - Invalid number format (incomplete number)

29 - Facility rejected

31 - Normal, unspecified

34 - No circuit/channel available

41 - Temporary failure

58 - Bearer capability not presently available

65 - Bearer service not implemented

69 - Requested facility not implemented

81 - Invalid call reference value

88 - Incompatible destination

100 - Invalid information element contents

102 - Recovery on timer expiry

127 - Internetworking, unspecified

Call status

Comprehensive information about the call is available through the Call Status window. The menu has two columns, one for tranmitted and one for received audio/video/data information. If Duo Video or MultiSite is used, pressing the LEFT/RIGHT keys will show one page per connected site.
