If the OmniView IP 5000HQ system is down, e.g., for maintenance, the availability of each KVM-over-IP device remains. You can access

aKVM-over-IP device unit directly by entering its IP address into your web browser. Note! This is only if the system is working in local authentication mode and not in external authentication (LDAP) mode.

To change any hardware elements and user authorization from the

KVM-over-IP device, you must first uncheck “Enable HQ” in the

KVM-over-IP device Network Configuration window.
