Press to select the fax or phone number setting you want.

Enter the number you want to store.

If necessary, press the < > buttons to move the cursor.

Press to confirm. Display shows 1: NAME

Enter the name you want to store.

Press the < > buttons to move the cursor.

To edit or delete a speed dial entry

Follow the steps shown above to store a speed dial entry. A new name and number will overwrite the existing entry.
