Changing your password
When you change your password, your password changes for all client devices (Multimedia PC Client, Personal Agent, and Nortel IP Phone). The length and complexity of your password is determined by your system administrator.
Your password criteria can contain:
•minimum password length
•minimum number of digits
•minimum number of uppercase characters from A through Z
•minimum number of lowercase characters from a through z
•minimum number of special characters
Your password cannot contain spaces.
To change your password, perform the following steps.
1Click the Preferences icon on the Quick Start page or from the top navigation menu.
2From the navigation pane, select Personal > Password.
3Complete the required fields, using the following table.
Field | Description |
New Password | Your new password (See your system administrator |

Confirm | Confirmation of your new password. |
