DO NOT connect the interface cable. Connecting the interface cable is done when installing the driver.

1 Put the supplied CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive. The opening screen will appear automatically.

Choose your printer model and the language.

2 Click Initial Setup on the menu screen.

1 Put the supplied CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive, and then double-click the HL4040_4050_4070 icon on your desktop. Double-click the Start Here icon. Follow the on-screen instructions.

2 Click Initial Setup on the menu screen.
