Copying documents

Your PaperJet 55 can act as a convenience copier and make multiple copies of a document as well as enlarging or reducing your original.

Do not use

Torn, crumpled and rolled paper

Paper that is too thin

Wet or moist paper

Carbon paper

Correction fluid, paper clips or staples.

To stop copying

Press the Stop button. Display shows copy

Stop interrupted.

Remove any remaining sheets of paper in the document feeder.

Press the Stop button again to confirm.

To copy a document

Insert the document to be copied into the document feeder.

 

Press the Copy button. Display shows the

current contrast, resolution and size

 

settings.

100% TEXT NORMAL

Select the contrast LIGHT, DARK, NORMAL.

Select the resolution TEXT, PHOTO

Select the size 100%, 140% 70%.

Enter the number of copies required.

Your machine scans the document one page at a time, printing the copies after each page.
