Check nature of problem and remedy.

Change cartridge.

Insert paper in sheet feeder.

Check presence of print head. Replace print head.

Remove document by pressing STOP and re-insert correctly.

Close cover.

Remove document and close console.

Check and insert paper correctly – press STOP.

Switch off fax and switch it on again. If problem persists, call Customer Service.

Check print quality and select 1 or 0.
