This function enables you to improve the picture quality when playing back worn cassettes such as rented tapes.

1Press [SET-UP].

Use [K / L] to point to "USER’S SET UP", then press [ENTER].

2 Use [K / L] to point to	– USER'S SET UP –
"RENTAL".	B RENTAL	[ON]
	REPEAT PLAY	[OFF]

This function allows you to repeat a tape indefinitely.

1Press [SET-UP].

Use [K / L] to point to "USER’S SET UP", then press [ENTER].

2Use [K / L] to point to "REPEAT PLAY".

Press [ENTER] repeatedly until your desired selection "ALL" or "BLANK" appears.

VCR

Press [ENTER] to select "ON".

NOTE:

AUTO RETURN [OFF]

• ALL:	Repeat playback from the
	beginning to the end of the tape.
• BLANK: Repeat playback from the beginning to a part,

FUNCTION

• To cancel the setting, select "OFF" at this step.

3Press [SET-UP]to exit the menu.

4 Press [PLAY B] to start RENTAL PLAY B

playback.

NOTE:

• This setting will not change even if you turn off the unit.

• OFF:	which is blank for more than 10 seconds.
	Cancel repeat playback.

3Press [SET-UP]to exit the menu.

4 Press [PLAY B] to start the REPEAT PLAY B

Repeat Play.

NOTES:

•If the rental mode is set to "ON", "RENTAL PLAY B" display has priority.

•This setting will not change even if you turn off the unit.

This function allows you to search easily a begin- ning point that you want to review by rewinding or fast forwarding.

NOTE:

•Zero Return WILL NOT work on a blank tape or a blank portion of a tape.

1Rewind or forward the tape to the beginning point at which you want to review.

4Press [SET-UP].

Use [K / L] to point to "ZERO RETURN", then press [ENTER].

The unit will begin rewinding and the counter will appear on the TV screen.

The tape will automatically stop when the counter returns to 0:00:00 (approx.).

set the counter to "0:00:00".

3Press [PLAY B] for playback or [REC] for recording.

Press [STOP C] when playback or recording is completed.
