Copying or duplicating copyrighted materials—including audio compact discs (CDs) and DVD movies—without the permission of the copyright holder constitutes theft of intellectual property. It is a serious crime and a violation of Federal law.

Do not use the TEAC or TASCAM Rackmount DVD/CD Duplicator (or any equipment) to copy or duplicate copyrighted digital audio, video, photographs, images, text, software or other digital information without the permission of the copyright holder.

TEAC and TASCAM accept no responsibility for copyright infringement or misuse of this equipment. It is the sole responsibility of the user to use the equipment within the limits prescribed by law and to respect the legal copyrights of all copyright owners.

FCC Radio Frequency Interference Regulations

Warning: This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions contained in this manual, may cause harmful interference to radio and television communications. This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device pursuant to Subpart B of Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation.
