Windows Me / 2000/ XP Personal Computer and USB Connections

Setup of the driver is not required when USB connections are made between Windows Me / 2000 / XP personal computers and the Copyboard. When the Copyboard is first connected to the personal computer, the driver is installed automatically.

Connect the Copyboard with the personal computer.

Connect the USB connector of the Copyboard with that of the personal computer using a USB cable and then press the POWER button of the Copyboard to switch on the power.

Windows standard driver will be installed automatically.

Note: For Windows ME, the operating system’s CD-

ROM or floppy disk may be requested.

Check whether the Copyboard is operating properly.

￿ Right click [My Computer], then click on [Properties] of the

menu to open the [System Properties] screen.

• When using Windows XP, right click [My Computer] on

the [Start] menu and click [Management].

 

 

 

 

 

￿Click the tab of the Device Manager to switch to the [Device Manager] screen.

￿Click [+] located to the left of [Disc Drive] and check that the driver name described at the right is displayed.
