You can add a professional touch to your recordings when you fade in and out of scenes. Both the picture and sound will gradually appear or disappear. The speed of the fade is automatically controlled by the camcorder.

Fade In

1.Place the camcorder in record pause.

2.Press and hold FADE.

3.Simultaneously press the thumb trigger to start recording and release FADE.

The picture and sound will gradually fade in.

Fade Out

1.During recording, press and hold FADE until the picture fades out.

2.Press the thumb trigger to stop recording.

The picture and sound will gradually fade out.
