1.Place CAMERA/OFF/VCR in

CAMERA.

2.Press 55/EDIT – or 66/EDIT +

(55REW/SCAN or 66 F.FWD/SCAN on remote) to locate the place you want the insert to end.

3. Place DATE/TIME/NORMAL/TITLE in NORMAL.

4.Press OSD (DISPLAY on remote) to display the time counter in the viewfinder.

5.Press RESET to set the time counter to 0:00:00.

6.Press 55/EDIT – (55REW/SCAN on remote) to locate the place you want the insert to start.

7.Press Z/MEMORY to turn on zero memory and store the insert ending point in memory. MEM flashes under the time counter.

8.Press the thumb trigger on the camcorder (CAMERA RECORD/STANDBY on remote) to start recording the new insert.

The camcorder will stop recording at the zero memory point.

Notes: Zero memory is cancelled when insert recording is complete.
