Remote control

1Remote control selection switch Switch to change the setting of the remote control. For details, refer to Setting remote control code type on page 41.

2VOLUME buttons

Press to increase or decrease the volume.

3REAR.S button Not used.

4SOURCE button

Press to cycle through all the available sources. Press and hold to turn the source off.

5Joystick

Move to do fast forward, reverse and track search controls. Click to recall MENU.

6Remote control operation mode switch Switch the operation mode between AVH, DVD and TV modes. Normally, set to AVH.

For details, refer to Using the remote control operation mode switch on page 15.

7BOOKMARK (BOOK.M) button AVH mode: Press to operate the prepro- grammed functions for each source. (Refer to Using the PGM button on page 48.) DVD mode: Press to turn the bookmark function on or off. For details, refer to Re- sume playback (Bookmark) on page 31.

TV mode: Not used.

8BACK button

AVH mode: Press to return to the previous display.

DVD mode with remote control code A: Press to select the next disc when the multi- DVD player is connected.

DVD mode with remote control code B or AVH: Not used.

TV mode: Not used.
