Receive e-mail

§Menu§fMessagesfInboxf Receive e-mail

Before an e-mail can be read it must be retrieved from the server. The connection to the activated e-mail account is set up (page 38) and all e-mails are transferred to the inbox list.

Your phone can identify up to

100 mails that have already been collected from the server. Please make sure not to keep “old” mails on the server to avoid mails being fetched twice. You have the possibil- ity of deleting mails from the server once they have been downloaded by phone, (see page 39).

The e-mail client always receives the entire messages incl. subject, content and, where applicable, attachments. It is possible to limit the size of received messages, see (p. 38).
