Each day is divided into six blocks of four hours (morning + afternoon).

Displays the appointments of the current day in chronological order in the agenda.
Tasks which are still open are listed at the top (page 57).
When an appointment with an alarm is reached, you will hear a beep.
Synchronise with Outlook®
With the XTNDConnect® PC software you can synchronise your organiser with your Outlook® Calendar (page 86).
