STORING THE CHEST STRAP

Store the chest strap transmitter in a place where dust and dirt cannot accumu- late on it such as, a closet or drawer. Be sure to keep the chest strap protected from extremes in temperature. Do not store it in an area that may be exposed to temperatures below 32 degrees Fahrenheit.

SERVICING THE TREADMILL

Do not attempt to service the treadmill yourself except for the maintenance tasks described in this manual. The unit does not contain any user-serviceable parts that require lubrication. Refer to Obtaining Service on page 7.

LONG TERM STORAGE

When the treadmill is not in use for any length of time, turn it OFF. Ensure that the power cord is unplugged from the wall outlet and is positioned so that it will not become damaged or interfere with other equipment or people.
