RADIO FREQUENCY INTERFERENCE (RFI)

Federal Communications Commission Part 15

The treadmill has been tested and found to comply with:

The IEC EMC Directive (international electromagnetic compatibility certification)

The limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a commercial installation. The treadmill generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accor- dance with the owner’s manual instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. Operation of the treadmill in a residential area is likely to cause harmful interference. If this occurs, the user will be required to correct the interference at his or her own expense.

CAUTION — Per FCC rules, changes or modifications to the treadmill not expressly approved by Precor, could

void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
