Soak duration
A soak duration of between 30 mi‐ nutes and 2 hours can be program‐ med in 30 minute increments for the Soak button.
If the Soak extra option is selected, the soaking process will be carried out for the duration set before the wash pro‐ gramme is run.
The machine is delivered with a 2 hour duration set for the Soak button.
Follow steps to to programme and store in memory.
The programmable functions are ac‐ cessed via the Start button and the pro‐ gramme selector.
Before you begin, ensure that:
–The washing machine is switched off.
–The machine door is closed properly.
–The programme selector is at Finish.
Press the Start button and keep it pressed in whilst carrying out steps to .
Switch machine on with the but‐ ton.
Wait until the indicator light for the Start button lights up constantly . . .
. . . and then release the Start but‐ ton.
Turn the programme selector to Cot‐ tons 30°C
A will flash in the display alternating with the number , , or .
= 2 h soak duration (factory default setting)
= 1 h 30 min soak duration
= 1 h soak duration
= 30 min soak duration
Each subsequent press on the Start button selects a different option and will flash alternately in the display with the number of the option selec‐ ted.
Switch the washing machine off with the button.
