problem.

You

because you have an SRN

from the series 21000 through 29000.

If

you

are

not

familiar

with

SSA loops,

read the information relating to SSA links,

strings,

and

loops

containedIBMin SerialRAIDthe

Adapter:

and User's

Guide.

Attention:

It

is

not necessary to turn the system

off

when

servicing

an SSA

loop,

unless the system unit needs to be turned off

for some other reason. Power cable

external

SSA

cables

can be

disconnected

while

the system is

running.

– Start the

DOS

Configurator.

– From

the Main

menu, selectSSA Adapter

List .

– Select the required adapter from the SSA Adapter List.

– SelectDisk Service Aids from the Adapter menu.
