Making multiline and team calls

Step by Step

Picking up a call on hold

Press the flashing key.

If necessary, enter corresponding parking position num- ber.

Continue the call.

After a certain time, calls on hold return to where they were held (recall).

Calling a team member directly

Precondition: DSS keys have been configured at your telephone (Æ page 53).

The lamp statuses of direct station selection (DSS) keys

The lamp is not lit – the user is not making a call.

The lamp is lit – the user is making a call.

The lamp is flashing – there is an incoming call for the user; the user has not answered it yet.
