Answering a Call with a Headset

Your telephone rings. Confirm.

Ending the call:

Press the key. The LED goes out.

Answering Calls from the Entrance Telepho- ne and Opening the Door

If an entrance telephone has been programmed, you can use your telephone to speak to someone at the ent- rance telephone and to activate a door opener.

The following procedures require that the entran- ce telephone be connected via a Siemens TFE adapter.

If you use other adapters, consult their manufac- turer’s documentation.

Ask the responsible service personnel.

Speaking to visitors via the entrance telephone:

Precondition: Your telephone rings.

Lift the handset within thirty seconds. You are connec- ted to the entrance telephone immediately.

Lift the handset after more than thirty seconds.

Dial the entrance telephone number.

Opening the door from your telephone during a call from the entrance telephone:

Confirm.

Press the key. The LED lights up.

Select and confirm.

Enter the code.

If this feature is activated, you can call the entran- ce telephone and open the door.
