Using Night Answer
When night answer mode is active, for example during a lunch break or after office hours, all external calls are immediately forwarded to a specific internal telephone (night station).
The night station and the password for activating/deac- tivating it can be set by the service personnel.
In addition, the service personnel can specify times for automatic activation/deactivation of the night answer feature. Automatic night answer will not work if you ma- nually activate/deactivate night answer.
Activating this function:
Select and confirm.
Enter the code.

When night answer mode is active, a special dial tone sounds when you lift the handset.
Hint: If you save the function, including the code, to a key, you can enable/disable Night answer simply by pressing the key once Æ page 59.
