3Return the main battery cover to its original position as shown in the illustration, and return the two main battery pack cover lock switches to the “LOCK” position.

When loading a large-capacity battery pack, attach the large-capacity battery pack cover.

•Make sure the battery pack removal tape is bent to the inside so as not to be pinched by the cover.

4.Use the Cradle-type Battery Charger or Cradle when charging the battery charger after installing in the Handheld Terminal. Refer to pages 50 and 60 for information on the charging procedure.

Turning On the Power

1.Turn on the Handheld Terminal by holding down the power key for about

one second after waiting about 5 seconds after installing the main battery.

Start up the application you want to run.
