Adjusting Laser Emission Width (DT-X5M10/DT-X5M10R only)

This Handheld Terminal is able to adjust the emission width of laser light. Adjust the Handheld Terminal by following the procedure described below when the emission width of the laser light has become off the proper emission width.

1.Press the reset switch on the back of the Handheld Terminal to initiate the Top menu.

2.Press the keys in the order of the “2” key (Setting), “1” key (Scanner setting) and then “4” key (OBR calibration) to initiate the emission width adjustment function.

3.Press the trigger key to emit laser light, and shine the light on the emission width adjustment bar code.

•Align the laser light with the narrow bars on both sides.
