Paging

Using the phone

Paging calls cannot be answered by a handset.

You can alert handset users that they are wanted or locate a missing handset.

1. Press Page on the base. The handset(s) rings and the display flashes INT # # # #.

2. Press Page to stop the paging ring

Or

Press any button on the handset.

Phonebook

You can store up to 50 names and numbers in the Phonebook. Names can be up to 8 characters long and numbers up to 20 digits.

Store a name and number

1.Press to display PHONEBK.

2.Press and LIST is displayed.

3.Scroll to ADD, then press .

4.NAME? Is displayed. Use the keypad to enter a name (8 characters max).

Entering names

Use the keypad letters to enter names, e.g. to store TOM:

Press	8	once to enter T.
Press	6	three times to enter O.

Press	6	once to enter M.
	◀

Writing tips

If you make a mistake, press to delete the last character or digit.

Press 1 once to insert a space, or twice to insert a hyphen (-). Press three times for 1.
