The pre-recorded message is “Hello, your call cannot be

taken at the moment, so please leave your message after the tone.”

Answer Only

This does not allow your caller to leave a message.

The pre-recorded message is “Hello, your call cannot be

taken at the moment, and you cannot leave a message, so please call later.”

Record your own Answer & Record message

Your outgoing message can be up to 3 minutes long. It replaces the pre-recorded Answer & Record outgoing message, but it is possible to reinstate this later if you wish.

1.Pick up the handset and press twice. You hear the main menu announcement.

2.	Press	8 for the outgoing message menu.
3.	Press	3 . The prompt announces “Please speak after
	the tone. To end recording press #.”

4.After the tone, speak your message clearly into the

handset. Press to end recording.

During recording, r flashes on the base display. During playback P flashes.
