To change a speed dial entry, simply overwrite the existing entry with a new one.

Dial

1.Press Manual background to display ADDRESS BOOK CODE OR < >.

2.Enter the speed dial code, e.g. Manual backgroundManual background to display and dial the entry or press

Manual background or Manual background to scroll to the entry you want then press Manual background.

3.Lift handset when prompted.

Edit and delete speed dial entries

1.Press Manual background repeatedly until the display shows FAX SET-UPthen press Manual background.

2.Press Manual background repeatedly until the display shows CODED SPEED DIAL then press

Manual background. Display shows TYPE SPEED NO. (01 - 50).

3.Enter the code that holds the entry you want to edit or delete. The stored number is displayed.

4.To edit the number, press the Manual background or Manual background buttons to move the cursor under the digit you want to change and enter the new one. To delete a number, press the Manual background button when the number is displayed.

5.Press Manual background to confirm the change. The display shows the stored name.

6.Edit or delete the name in the same way as the number. Press Manual background to confirm the change.

7.Display shows EDIT ANOTHER YES. Press Manual background to edit/delete another entry or Manual background to return to standby.

View one touch and speed dial entries

1. Press Manual background then press Manual background or Manual background to scroll through the entries.

2. Press Manual background to dial a displayed number.
