EXTENSION NO	Assign an extension	11*-26
	number to this phone.

RINGER ON /OFF	Turn the ringer on or	On* or Off
	off for each line.

RINGER TYPE	Select a ring pattern	Type 1*, 2, 3, 4
	for this phone.

DELAY RING	Select desired time	Off*, 2, 4, 6, ... 30 seconds
	to delay Central
