Warranty Policy

The PRI Multi Cell ISDN GSM Gateway product you have purchased is under warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase, by the original purchaser. In case of defects of materials or workmanship, Eurotech Communication will replace it free of charge. This warranty applies to hardware/software but does not include SIM Cards.

This warranty will not be honored if the device has been mishandled in any way.

We hope you enjoy our product and we will be happy to receive any comments you may have. This will enable us to improve our products and the Technical Support that we give to every customer.
